I have been having a weird headache, it is like shooting sharp pain at the top-center of my head. The pain only lasts a second or two, and happens anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours apart from eachother. I am 12 years old, and I am a gymnast so I am constantly upsidedown doing handstands, ect... the pain is something that I have only been experiencing for a couple days now, but I am afraid to tell my mother about it just in case it is serious, and I don't want her to be mad. Someone pleease help me I am very worried about this and very in pain. Thanks everyone for your time.
Hi, well you might be experiencing this pain from number of reasons. It does not have to be that serious. As long as the pain does not last long to affect you. Maybe its pain because you are in development, you are 12 and your body is starting to grow rapidly and change so its normal to sometimes feel some weirdness. Plus, if you are a gymnast , being upside down might have some effect your blood flow to your brain. I would not be concerned that much if i was you, just wait and see if the problems comes back. If it does become a problem you should tell your mother. She will not be mad, trust me. She could only get mad if you have a problem and dont tell her.
