THIS IS THE ANSWER TO WHY THIS HAPPENS! 100% FOR SURE! Lack of exercise mostly cardio is the 100% cause. I went in to the hospital about 8 years ago and a very intelligent doctor knew all about it. He used to be a doctor at a jail and some nights would hear guys screaming there head would hurt severly when getting close to ejaculation. It's a shooting pain that goes up the back of your neck to the top of your head and hurts like your having an aneurysm. Lol. Almost like your brain feels like it wants to exploid. Every time this doctor has told someone to exercise mostly cardio it has corrected the problem as it done for me as long as you do it. If you're lazy and overweight this problem will occur off and on. it's almost as if you're being punished for being lazy. There's no need for pills you just have to exercise. Believe me it will go away after doing cardio for only a couple of days. At least 15 minutes. This is 100% the answer no need to look further. Just try it!! I don't need to say I hope this will help because it will help!! The last thing you need is a huge pain in your head just before you ejaculate weather its through sex or masturbation. It's because you're not breathing enough as you're doing it. This happens when someone holds their breath while exercising. Be more conscious to breath and it won't happen
this is happening it me too... it started a few days ago, I started masturbating and suddenly a throbbing pain started.... honestly using two pills of paracetamol to numb the pain, i cant stop for 2 weeks, i have to at least masturbate 2 times a day to stop a tent growing in my pants while im at collage, im planning to see a doctor about it but IDK

I wish this would help me. I feel exactly as you describe. However, I run an average of 20-30mi/wk. Further, I went to the doctor today and he said that my blood pressure was good for my age and gave me neproxin (an anti-inflammatory) and sent me on my way. They also took blood to check my electrolyte levels. I doubt that they'll find anything, but I'll chime in here if they do.
