I took the morning after pill 70ish hours after the deed (sept 22nd) and I now have a positive pregnant test missed period day. Is it possible to carry a healthy baby or will I have to get an abortion? I would prefer not to have an abortion so please share stories with me.

The morning after pill won't hurt your pregnancy so no need for an abortion. The pill can prevent ovulation and implantation, in this case it didn't.
You do need to see your doctor though, soon. Proper prenatal care is VERY important for you and your baby.
