Hello i am 30 yr old male and have a problem with heart palps Sometimes there definite palps and sometimes they feel like a constant flutter that lasts an hour or so at at time. That constant fluttery feeling happens after doing something exerting and usually starts the next day and lasts 3 days or so and then gradually subsides. I have been to cardiologist and had all the foot wrk done (stress test holter monitor echo) and showed nothing but a healthy heart. But im a little afraid to push my self too hard because i have had some very errie palps while i was jogging about 8 yrs ago. It felt as tho my heart kicked into high gear but was in neutral it lasted 30 seconds or so then went away, scared me i thought my heart was going to stop beating and i havent wanted to push my self since then (dont want that feeling again). Anyways i dont drink caffeine at all no drugs or meds, but i do smoke and drink beer 3 or 4 times a week and thought that was my prob and quit both for 2 months and i saw no change in my palps. I was just wondering if anyone else had something similar and or might know of a fix ?
Thanks...............
