I have been having a lot of medical issues for some time now, but one of the most recent is alarming me. My heart rate AT REST is jumping up into the 160s and i have not even done anything at all to increase it. when i went to the hospital they did an EKG and found that i was tachacardic and that my heart was beating wayyyy to fast and that it was double beating and skipping beats. they then hooked me up to a heart monitor for 3 days and monitored me. thehy put me on a beta blocker to keep my heart rate lower, but it is also lowering my BP and it was normal to begin with, so now it is like 85/50... i am having issues with my heart beating really hard when i do stand and it is kinda causing me to black out and feel funny. and i am kinda struggling with some activities that really shouldnt b hard to do for me.I never got a diagnosis on why my heart is acting like it is nor did i get a reason. should i be worried about any of this? what could it b?
You should take it seriously. Humans are not machines and if your heart gets exhausted of beating very fast, one day, it will just stop and that is medically termed as cardiac arrest. Make sure to moniitor closely with your doctor and take necessary medications.
