Hi I'm very worried about my heart, it pumps very fast and loud, and I am only 22 years old. :-(
Look, you haven’t given us much information, so it is very hard to point things out.
Considering you are 22, I may suspect you may have issues with anxiety if you don’t know any known medical problems.
When we have problems with anxiety, especially in the moments when it happens (panic or anxiety attack), our heart starts pumping faster in order do deal with the stress the body’s going through. Sometimes, we may not notice this, for example when we have stage fright (anxiety happens then as well), our body reacts and we have production of hormones adrenaline and cortisol and their release into the bloodstream. Their presence in the blood stream leads to speed up heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure, etc
Drinking a lot of coffee, prolonged stress and an acute stressful situation could cause the similar feelings. This is what happens to me. If you don’t relate to the story, you should see a doctor and have this fast and hard pumping checked especially if you have cardiovascular problems in your family.

Guest - Since this was posted a while ago, I hope that you went to see a doctor. If not, please go see a cardiologist. I had the same thing happen to me at your age, and my regular doctor took 2 1/2 years before he would send me to a cardiologist - in fact, I had to tell him I was going to come into his office every day and tell everyone coming in to run for their lives - then he told me I could go. The cardiologist listened to my heart for a minute or two, shaking his head - I had extremely pronounced mitral valve prolapse - and my regular doctor was an id**t.
