Hello, I've been having heavy periods for a while now went to the obgyn and im on a pill to slow the bleeding down well now I'm having blood clots bigger then a quarter some are and look black and also bleeding worse then ever can't even sit on the toilet other wise to much blood since this I've been feeling sick to my stomach and light headed......What should i do??

From your description you are bleeding VERY heavily and could possibly be anemic. It would account for the light headed and stomach problems. I would consider this an emergency, go to the ER if you have to. You likely need fluids.
This will only treat the symptoms, your ob needs to find the cause.
