I’ve been sexually active for around a month and a half but just recently around a week ago this problem came up for me. My doctor says to always pee right away when sexually active to avoid a uti but I had sex while having to pee a little bit and this tingling sensation built up that got worse. Now every time I have sex with my boyfriend there’s usually a very small tingling sensation in my bladder and part of my vagina. I pee afterwards but I feel like I can’t get enough out and there’s a heavy tingling tickle feeling in my bladder at the end. I feel it for around 10 minutes afterwards then it goes away until I have to pee again. I have to go more frequently and sometimes if I wait a little before going and I move around, a tiny bit of pee will come out. I don’t know what this is and I can’t tell if this is a uti. I’ve never had one before so I don’t know what it’s like so I don’t know whether or not to go to the doctor for this but I’m afraid that if it is a uti and I wait too long, it’ll spread to my kidneys. I’m a 17 year old female if that helps.
