help, small ball on the lower left side of pelvis

My name is maritza and I'm 24 years old. lately I've been having this weird pain on my pelvis on the lower left side. The pain is not strong, and it doesn't last long, but when I touch that area I can fell like a little ball. I would like to know what could this be. Thank you
