I have been feeling fatigued and unmotivated lately. By default, I lay on the couch watching day time TV. It has become quite bad. I suspect I might be depressed. But perhaps I just need to pull myself out of it. Herbs could be of some help, maybe? Does anyone know anything about herbs for motivation?
Oh, that sounds really bad! I am sorry you are feeling like that. It does sound like you are depressed to me. Please know that there is no shame in turning to medication. Certain people do need anti depressants to lift themselves out of depression. Others have success with herbs, like St John's Worth, but please consult a doctor before you try.
