Hey all.

I have a question which I believe has been answered already. I am 17, male, with my 19 year old partner. We have been together for a year now and during that time we have been having unprotected sex. Neither of us have any history of sexually transmitted infections and in addition to that I have had one blood test (for possible urine infection) and given two urine samples, all of which have come up completely clean. I recently noticed what appear to be pimples (or possibly blisters) on the head of my penis which are harmless from what I can tell. When popped they leave a small red sore that seems to heal relatively quickly. It appears to be a similar result of when we have dry sex without lubricant, causing my head to be irritated and produce benign sores that clear within a few days. My partner shows no signs of this.

It doesn't hurt when I pee and it's completely clear. I think I can safely say that I can rule out any form of STI but I thought I'd check with people who know what they're talking about. I will be going to a sexual health clinic soon for an evaluation and another blood test, better safe than sorry.
Pearly penile papules are very common and not contagious.

Ask your doctor to confirm.
