/: i know your pain. i'm turning 12 in like....3 months. and i'm already 110 pounds. and i'm only 4'10. that makes me chubby. i tried..for only a day. because i'm stupid and can't handle it. -__- but... sometimes, i know it's unhealthy to be over weight..but don't hate yourself. i have low self esteem. but.. remember, some people have it worst than you. i wanted to always weigh at least 90-80./: so many pretty girls at school. people say i'm pretty and all..but really, no, i'm fat. .__. school is starting in a month, and i have a boyfriend...but i doubt that he would last long with me. but.. i'm trying hard for now on. i'm not really on a diet... but, i do kind of watch what i eat. i kind of limit myself. if i want a cookie, don't have more than i want. and, if you do eat more than you should, pay yourself back with jump roping for 10 or 30 minutes.(: now, i just bought a jump rope, seriously..jump roping is fun. and it burns a lot of calories an hour. and, try playing things that you can do just at home or something fun. just remember what you did for fun when you were little.(: they were fun moments weren't they? well, they could be fun now and also burn calories. hope this helps. i'm trying myself.

Im 14 and i went through the exactsame thing!! First off... DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!! That is definatley not the answer since it can make you very ill. If you are serious about losing weight you should really stick at it and you dont have to change your lifesyle completeley, you can have treats once in a while! Just swap fatty, fried food for fruit and veggies. Secondly...... EXCERSISE!! If you want to lose weight by excersising you dont just have to do the usual, boring running round a track for an hour! A great way to excesise is by doing things round the house... e.g hovering- this is a gret way to burn calories, or just simply tidying your room- if you do this like you really mean it you can burn calories. If you are walking some where, dont just walk...... POWER WALK!!! This is a great way to burn calories! Sing your arms and march it out!! Thirdly...... SET YOURSELF TARGETS!!!!!! Dont set your targets toooo high or you will never reach them. make sure they are acheivable and try your best to acheive them! Targets can be things like aiming trying to go with out your favourite snacks, or burning so many calories in a work out but NEVER put pressure on yourself!! Be HAPPY and HEALTHY and follow these tips and you will lose weight in no time at all!! :) :) :)

Its ok..don't beat yourself up about it. You can only get better right? I'm 12 to and i way like 100lbs and i hate it..but i ride a bike everyday around my street and watch what i eat and I'm starting to lose weight so just exercise and watch what you eat.

1. one of the keys to weight loss is to stay as cold as possible not to cold to get frostbiten or hypothermia just enough to get goosebumps
2. cut down on food that you eat eat the most for breakfast like a serving of cereal and milk and a banana or an apple eat a little less for lunch and the least for dinner so you can burn off what you ate for all meals
3. exercise for an hour every day i know it seems like alot but remember time flies when your having fun so make it fun
