i have the same prob i am 12 and 120 pounds i am a swimmer, volly ball player, soccer player, a tennis player, and a runner. but my wieght is mostly just muscle. i am mad at myself sometimes but i dont let it get too far. i still can wear tight dresses and skirts and still i can wear bikinis and look amazing, but i dont feel amazing. i am now on this 1500 calorie diet and its working quite well i only eat salads and fruits and healthy stuff. ONLY DRINK WATER!!! i hope i could help.

Ok I'm having a problem to! I'm 12 and way 103 pounds!!! I am currently trying to lose weight I want to lose 11 pounds as soon as I can!! I am 5 ft. 2in. So here is what I'm doing!!:
1) drink lots of water
2)do the 10-10-10.... Do ten of every exersice you think of
3) do the 4 point plan once you eat and drink everything that day at night think about it if it was healthy don't give your self a point but if you had a lot and/or it was unhealthy give your self one point for every unhealthy choice you made!! For every point it will mean 25 situps but only if you get over 4 points will you have to do them… and as many points over you have to add 25 more situps!!
I hope this helps this is what I will be doing to lose 11-12 pounds!!

:-) i run and swim whenever i am hungry i go for a bottle of water whenever i am hungry i dont eat untill my stomach is growling.... um.... i also dance to my fav music in my room and other fun stuff bc exersice shouldn be fun... i have lost 15 pounds in about 1 month and i am loseing alot more also losing 30 pounds in a month is not very good and is not gonna keep the weight off just exersice alot and stay activer soon the weight will drop and stay off .................................. good luck

You should maybe try to buy the Tummy Tuck Belt. I heard that you can lose lots of pounds, but you can keep your daily thing the same!:p

ok im 15 and i had that same probum as u wen i was 12 dont let ppl tell u ur 2 young becase if you dont start now its gonna be harder later i started as 142 pounds and did like 15-20 situps every day for 3 weeks dank water and cheked my clories i was 109 pounds in 2 mounths and finished b4 summer break waz ova! i tuk a shoping spree nd after dat boys wer all on meh make sure u dnt stop wen u reach your goal jus sloe down :) (nd church is not a good place to find a dude der maby skool or at a mall lol buh u make da dissisons

We aren't too young! First of all, next year we will be thirteen, which then we will be teenagers, and that is really when people get VERY self-concious. I am overweight, and I am a 12 year old girl and 5'8. I need to know how to loose weight! And I am guessing that the people older than us think that when we mean dieting, we mean throwing up after every meal or just not eating at all.. NO! We just want to loose weight! BUT NEVER START DIETING INTIL U DO SOME RESEARCH

ok im 13 and i use 2 be fat but then i found out tht working out is an effert lol and then i made a plan by the way im a guy so it might be harder so try ur own plan strt 4 like 30 min 4 a mon then try an hr and then 2 hrs i wouldint go any more than tht cuz itz hard not any more though it is hard but give it mabey 2-3 months and hopefully it will make a differ
