I'm around your age and want to loose a little bit of weight to keep me from gaining weight at an older age. But refusing to eat wont help you to much, but there are these health bars for young girls that actually taste pretty good. They ate called Luna bars. I'm gonna try some exercises I use in volleyball and swim more. I plan on also eating less sugary foods and more veggies. To also keep you strong try vitamins.

hi im kathrine and i am well i just turned 13 on may 12 and i weight 115 and i also tried to lose weight even though i am very skinny but i weigh a lot and my doc. said it also depends on ur height and ur bones and 4 me my doc. said that i have very heavy bones and thats acctually true :D and so i am also very tall (5'6) so i also tried losing weight but chech out what your doc. says about ur bones and height :D even tho i still exersise becuase even if your skinny u need it 4 ur health :!

yeah i am fat to i am trying to lose weight to but its not working! dont worry about those other kids just be yourself iam a boy and if i didnt suck in my stomach than all the people in my school would call me fat even my friends i actually try to look buff so they dont actually know that i am fat!!!

 I've tried to go on 'diets' by eating healthy, excersing, and eating no more calories than 2,000 cal. a day. I did this for a week and I lost about 1-4 lbs. a day but then I quit. If you want to lose weight we have to carry on with this plan. If you have a Wii fit plus you can say the amount of weight you want to lose and excersise on there. If you don't you can use a normal scale and track it yourself and do other activites.

P.S. I was looking online for weight loss ideas for 12 year old girls because I know I'm overweight and want to change that. I just weighed myself and I'm 132 lbs. Other people say I'm skinny and I know I'm not and it irritatates me because I wish I was. I wanted to be skinny for the summer but it's already summer so maybe I will be skinny next year. I want to do volleyball but I am fat and would be embarrased. All of my friends are skinny and it makes me feel insecure when I'm around them. I hope this helped. I'm going to try to lose the weight!

:( im 12 too and i weigh 130 too. I am on a diet ( i have been on it for a month) and i lost 10 pounds, by drinking water when i get hungry, cutting dowm on my food portion and running outside everyday for 2 hours. I even treid being belemic which means u make urself throw up every time u eat, but DONT do that! jsut stick to a healthy plan and th weight will slip off :)

O my gosh i have the same problem and guess what 1 week ago i weighed 160 i am now 152 and i know exactly how you feel i would see all theese skinny girls that i want to be like but i never can so i said you know what your gonna loose the weight and i'm starting to but my secret to this amazing weightloss is determination. the determination to loose what you want and it is hard sometimes but then you'll get used to it and you won't stop exercising you'll like it and do it more and when you like it and do it you burn calories super easy. and when it comes to a diet don't do it at all just eat smaller portions if you eat 1 slice of cake only eat half of it or i you eat 10 chicken nuggets only eat 7 and every two days lower your portions so your body will adapt to lower foods and exercise and when you do that you will get healthy fast. and last thing you might weigh more becuz you have bigger muscles or stronger muscles , big but or boobs thats why i weigh more becuase i have a but and thighs and that is a good thing hope i helped

Cut down on what you eat give urself portions on what you eat and drink more water instead of those sugery sodas and juices I'm 12 almost 13 and lost almost 20 pounds now just by living a healthy diet

whatever you do dont starve yourself serve yourself small portions but try to count calories that seems to work like 2,000 calories everyday and try not to go over the calories limit and you need to work out more a week wont do anything just keep working out and dont give up working out you have to keep your goal no matter what

You know what? I weigh 150lbs and im 12 yrs old and my friends still pick on me! And do you know what i said to them? "i dont need your opinion on what i look like. I got better things to do besides stand here listening to you judging me on how i look". And i walked away! I had a boyfriend and he loved me more than anything! And if anyone tried to hurt me or try to ask me out he would step in! I have friends who love me and if they see bullys bully me they would step in. And the bullys that bully you should keep there mouth closed! And Fat or Skinny, Big or Small we are all the same! And im sorry for seeing you like this! I hope you are okay!
