(15) How can I keep my foreskin permanently retracted, I have started pulling it over the glands and it stays there most of the time. When I get an erection, it slides back over the head. There is no swelling, and I can get it over the glands easy when not erect, but a little harder when erect and the minute I let go it rolls back due to my erection. I would like to keep my foreskin permanently retracted.
