I am a teenage girl and I find that the best time to masturbate is at night when people are asleep or you could try and be as quiet as possible. I think what you are doing is totally normal, just some people start masturbating before others.

Hey there I do not recommend using a vacume as the suction can cause he penis to over swell and cause damage to the nerves and blood vessels in thebpenis as well as making it too big to remove with out surgery or going to the emergency room. The same goes for the bottle if your penis swells and gets stuck in the bottle it's going to be a trip to the emergency room to get it out. And out of curiosity how big is your penis and what type of bottle do you use because in surprised your penis is small enough to fit in a bottle
