I broke up with my boyfriend two months ago. He broke my heart and ever since than I feel so depressed. I don't go anywhere and because of that I have gained a lot of weight. I need help! How can I lose weight fast?

I am sorry to hear that you have a broken heart. It is something that we all have experienced. It is obvious that you are an emotional eater. If you want to lose weight, you need to get over your boyfriend and depression. You need to feel good about yourself and think on the bright side of the life. I know that this might sound funny to you but we have to be realistic, there is a lot of the fish in the sea. Your boyfriend is not the only man in the world. Think about yourself and what you are doing to yourself emotionally and physically. If you want to lose weigh you need to get out of the house. The healthy way to lose weight is to exercise and to change your eating habits. Try running and swimming. Eat less fat and more vegetables and fruits. I am sure that you know all of this so the most important thing is to react. As soon as you change your lifestyle, the pounds will melt away.

I gained three kilogrammes within two weeks when I went to UK. I got really bothered because I was 34 kilos before I got pregnant. Then I became 48 during pregnancy. After that my weight never gone 40. I wanted to be slim again. I tried atkin's diet, I loss 2 kilos in two weeks. But after a week I gained it back. So i tried the method I used before. I only had a slice of bread without anything on it and milk or apple juice for breakfast. Then, I had a small bowl of miso soup for lunch. Then, a very quarter rice with vegetables at night. I took plenty of water everyday. Because water makes you full and lets you sweat. So all the excess fats in your body will be washed away. In one week I loss 3 kilos. After two weeks I became 37 kilos from 43 kilos.
