Hi, it’s a nice thing that you’re trying to help your brother. I had the same problem with my friend. I never cared that he was telling me all those incredible stories, because I knew he wasn’t lying on purpose, but he actually believed himself. However, I noticed that other people started avoiding him, and laughing at him. I felt bad about it, and I had to make him seek a treatment. I didn’t know how to tell him without hurting his feelings, but I found some courage and I told him. His reaction surprised me. He seamed relieved that he found someone to talk to about that problem. He was aware of his condition, but he kept ignoring it. He decided to seek for treatment, and after couple of months, I already see the difference in his behavior.
