Hi! I went to see my doctor few days ago and my diagnosis is hypoglycemia. I’ve just started to read everything I can find about this disorder. I understood that I really need to be on diet if I want to feel better. Can somebody tell me how helpful are lean meats and vegetables in the treatment of hypoglycemia?
Hi! You have to be on diet. I’m sure that your nutritionist will explain everything. Meat is important because it contains protein. You can use lean meat and medium-fat meat. Vegetables are good source of minerals and vitamins. You can eat all kind of vegetables. Better to use fresh or frozen then canned.
