I am a pretty good cyclist. I can ride for a long time without reducing my speed. I just can’t seem to get tired. I won quite a few races. I underwent a thorough checkup recently and was told by my doctor that I have and exceptional lung capacity. How is lung capacity important?
You are lucky to have an exceptional lung capacity. It is extremely important to have a good lung capacity as this is your major oxygen supply. You obviously have good lung capacity and your cardio system is in top form. Hence you can work out for a long time without getting tired. You should see that you maintain your form. You will be able to collect medals for a long time.
