I have some small but hard lumps on my neck and they are worrying me to the point I can't sleep at night. This voice in my head keeps telling me that it might be serious and I have thought about thyroid cancer. Can you tell me how thyroid cancer manifests itself? Is it through hard lumps in the neck?
