My hours are flexible, and nobody cares how many hours I put in as long as I get the work done. I have to be there at 11:30 for lunch service, and can't leave until 5:00 when dinner trayline is finished. Of course I usually have about 7-8 hours of work, so I'm generally there about 9 am and leave about 5:30 or so. It's nice being flexible, but it kinda sucks that I can't go early in the morning and leave early in the afternoon.
