You've got a lot of posts but they all are basically asking the same thing.
You should be close to puberty Have you noticed any hair? Are your testicles getting larger? Any voice cracking? Are you starting to grow fast? You seem to be able to have dry orgasms so I would say you are getting close.
Everybody develops at different rates. Just because your friends say they can do things doesn't mean they can. In some cases they may be embarrassed to tell the truth.
Don't rush it. It'll happen soon.

haha thanks and yes!! actually i have hair on my arms, underarms, legs, and penis section!.. and i think my voice has gotten a little deeper and i have gotten a lil taller.!

This question is not simple to explain, although it sounds very simple. Now you have to understand that everybody is different and ejaculation is not the same for everybody. Also you might be able to ejaculate after few minutes and sometimes you won’t be able to ejaculate at all. How old are you? How often do you masturbate? If you are still young and not in your puberty you won’t be able to ejaculate because you are still not producing any semen. The thing is that you don’t have to worry about this too much because you will be able to ejaculate as soon as your body is ready to do it.
