Actually you don't have to physically burn all those calories by "exercising" because you burn 1800 calories just sitting in a chair all day. anonymous wrote:

If for example one needs 1200 calories a day for their diet, you're saying they must burn more than that? Its not possible for the body to exist without a certain amount of calories. I dont know the exact breakdown, but a percent of your daily caloric intake is for survival, and a percent is stored as fat. The idea is to eat what is required for survival and energy in combination with a healthy amount of exercise.
it is very simple if you want to lose weight you must do a physical activate of sort to where you sweat your assoff plane and simple just play till your tired sweaty and tired and sweaty and happy like a kid and you will lose wight. that is life.
I have also been using the trend miller ever since I got it I work out 2 hours everyday and during my vacation or spring break I work out every two hours and I start to loss weight I use to be 164 pounds and now I'm 150 pounds so it change a lot the only way not to get bored is to play your favorite music pick 40 of your favorite music and when all your songs stop playing that's when you stop running. I just bought a treadmill and it has a heart beat monitor and tells you how many calories you burnt
The extra calories come from stored energy in the form of fat !
