Hi, I am 23 years old male and I am practicing body building for several months. I would like to know how to improve my strength and how many reps would be the most suitable for such goal. Also I would like to know how many sets I need to make for one muscle group. Thank You.

Hi, if you want to develop your strength it would be the best to use this pattern. First you need to warm up your muscles with two sets with 12 to 15 reps. After that you choose weight which you may lift from 4 to six time and you make two sets. At he and you would make one more sets with 20% lower weight and you will make 8 to 10 reps. You may do it on every muscle group.
