How may days can have sex after abortion?

my cousin had an abortion at 21 weeks & she was told to wait atleast six weeks to 'insert' anything. & she is bleeding on & off, but not heavy & it's been three weeks, she's pretty sure the doc said it's normal but is that true? or..

I had two abortions they told me to wait two weeks, but when I recently went to get the second one they aint tell me anything o_O which kinda shocked me but I already knew how long to wait anyways, but I am kinda worried cause i waited a week but me and my partner did use protection though, but I have not put anything else up there but my boyfriends d---

Ugh....just wait the proper amount of time, about 5 or 6 weeks. If your worried, like you say you are...get on a perscribed birth control. It's cheaper than having abortion's one right after the other. Of course if you have Welfare insurance, you probably don't mind then.

I think all women should wait to hsve sex longer. My girlfriend just an abortion. Her choice not mine. She was ready. But not after buying we needed for baby. And one miscarrige we tried again she could stand being pregnant all her body changes. She didnt want baby to changer life. We are both in our 40s. Your partners will wait for you when your ready. Unfortunatly. Im not touch my girlfriend for a while. My heart isnt with her now. I still love her but sex isnt the answer after her abortion. Good luck ladies.

I have a question not sure if anyone can help me. Im 6 weeks 4 days now and the thing is that I am not sure when my last period was since i was on the depo and i stopped it about 2 yrs ago and never got a period within those 2 yrs. So I went to my gyno and she performed a dnc and cleaned me out since a yr before i had a molar pregnancy and wnated to make sure everything was ok. so that was in dec, in jan i had gotten some spotting and i figured it was my period but it was only for a few days and very little. well i figured i will wait till feb to see if i get it again and long and behold it did not so i went to the doc and took a pregnancy test  on feb 21 and it came out negative. i went back on the 18 to the doc and it came out positive. now my thing is that they are telling me that i had to have concived around the 16/17of feb. but I am married and i was with someone else fri the 15 but we didnt have sex he just went in and went out because there was no condom and well the 16/17 i had sex with my husband. what are the chances that it could be the other guys and not my husbands. and if theres any doubt that its not my husbands i can not have this baby.

Honestly, that's your problem for not being a responsible adult by failing to use proper contraceptives.

To be honest, your body is probably still sore. Give yourself a little more time to heal.

It's perfectly normal. Sometimes people only bleed for a day, others people bleed for a month. Unless she is soaking through more than one pad an hour there is nothing to worry about. I hope that helps ease your worries.

I did my abortion 2 week before and i had sex yesterday will i be pregnant again..

i had an abortion a week ago and i was told that i had to wait one week before inserting anything into the vagina or to have a bath,or to use a douch. i had my abortion at 9 weeks due to health issues.ive stopped bleeding and i wanted to know when i can have sex(as i was told only 1 week waiting) and id like to know when i can have a drink of vodka.cuz i really need one.please no judgement
