hey m 20 yrs n m nt fat bt yeah m quite healthy...especially at my hips n thighs..
i really wanna lose dose fat thighs ...bt m quite lazy to do tht...n as dese days m getin very foody i cant even control fr long..

If you're not too lazy when it comes to eating you're not lazy at all. The only thing that stops us from getting sucked into a task is not doing it, so do it now! If you try to do everything together, you lose motivation to do anything at all. Therefore, it’s best to split a bigger task into smaller ones and concentrate on only one part at a time. Your boyfriend's visit should be quite motivating for you. Or you can think about how great your body will look once you’re in shape. The exercise is the best way to shape up your hips and thighs, there's no diet to fix this. Good luck! :-)

I think this is the best idea that April has shared. Yes but you can try stop eating the fatty food stuffs. Besides exercise is a must and you need to do that.

There are several types of exercise to reduce thighs and hips.

1.) For Thighs Simple exercise will be half sitting down and standing up at least 25 times a day.

2.) For Hips : Walking can help you . Regular walking for 30 minutes with speed that you can may help you the best.

You can try these simple and hope you get the best out of these.
