so lately I have a lot of problems with my hormones and I can say that I noticed this alone, without anyone telling me about this. I don't know what to do, but it affects my daily activities, it affects my life. I am nervous and I can't stand to be surrounded by the people anymore. my husband told me that I should go to the doctor, but I really don't want to do that. I want to fight against it at some natural ways. but the problem is that I don't know how. How to boost your love hormone (oxytocin) levels naturally?

I believe that you are going through some heavy period lately and this is why this happens to you as well. I disagree with your hubby, you should not go to the doctor if this is not so necessary. It happens to a lot of people, especially to a ladies but we recover very successfully. Here is what you can do. For example, you should eat more low - potassium food such as beans, potatoes, tomatoes, bananas, etc. Also, reduce your salt intake. If you smoke - it is time to stop smoking. There are so many natural things that you can do, so feel free to try them.

I appreciate your advice, but I think that this won't be helpful for me. I am eating healthy foods, I really take care if it. I am in the fitness world for more than 3 years, I walk, I exercise, etc. I hug people, I love people, but I am still feeling down. I don't know why this is happening, maybe I am expecting to see some progress soon so when I don't see it, I am like down or whatever. What about yoga and meditation? I never tried it but I have heard that this has so many positive things and effects. So, I am willing to try it as long as I don't need to take any type of supplements at all. Any suggestions?

Hi there. I also believe that you will be OK very soon. Wellness also can help. I really don't know anyone who hates wellness. So, if you can afford it to yourself, do it. Also, just linking arms, holding hands, or wrapping an arm around your significant other, child, or person you care for can produce an increase in oxytocin. I found this advice recently on the internet and I wrote it down. Now it is like my favorite motivational quote and I have it all around my house. Buying a dog also can help you to deal with this. Or any other kind of pet.

I agree that buying a dog can be a solution. I mean, I have one for two months now, and all those bad thoughts, all that depression and stressful moments just disappeared. So, I would also suggest you to try to get a pet, they are full of love and they will give you their unconditional love, no matter what. Now, maybe you know this, but having a good sex can also be helpful in boosting up your love hormone :) So, try it, without having any shame of doing this or that. Remember that in this case you really should put yourself in front of your partner (it is not selfish), that is just the way it is :)

OK, there are a couple of advice that everyone should follow. Let's go:
- have an amazing sex,
- find some foods that make you happy, such as chips, donuts, etc. Sometimes those "forbidden" foods can make you feel happy and way better than ever,
- find your comfort zone,
- spend more time with people who you love and respect,
- listen to some great and relaxing music,
- Increase estrogen with stress-relieving activities such as yoga, meditation,
- take long baths etc.
This all can help you for everything - it is good for any type of hormone, it is an amazing stress relief, etc.
