Hi everyone i'm a male of 20 and and i've been having problem with gaining weight..since the age of 18 I've been 65 kg and no matter how much i eat or drink i keep on remaining the same..i play football even tho this last period i've been playing less than often. i was just wondering how am I supposed to increase my weight?some people told me I need to go to the gym to be able to, is that true?.I'll be waiting for a reply thanks bye

Having food with the right amount and with the right nutrients will solve your problem. What is your height? if you are 165 cms then its the perfect weight for you and do not loose heart for that, you have the perfect weight.
