If you can't see, then perhaps take a digital photograph and look at it the picture, or get someone you can trust implicitly to check. But don't forget to securely delete it afterwards!

For how many days did you use the cream? Why did you use lime juice?
Exactly where was the itching?
You could have damaged your hymen, as you said blood came out - presumably out of your vagina - but you could check that by looking, using a hand-mirror.

My family is very religious and will possibly be very disappointed to find that my hymen is broken. I came to the conclusion that it's broken by doing the mirror between the legs and flashlight method. I was completely devastated! I don't know how I tore it, it can be a variety of things. I applaud your wish not to lie about your condition, and also not to disgrace your family. That is a very good start.

The first thing is that your masturbation would not likely have ruptured your hymen. As the hymen typically has a finger-sized hole in it anyway, you inserting one finger would probably not have made much difference. Only with a fragile hymen would inserting a finger rupture it. Many girls use tampons and still retain an intact hymen. Even if you had caused the rupture with a finger, you would likely to have seen blood. However, if it were so fragile, it would have been ruptured long ago with your sporting activities. So I don't think you need mention your masturbation; it is irrelevant to the state of your hymen.

Is there anyone you can absolutely trust to check it for you? Maybe take a picture of it.

Once you are completely certain that it is ruptured, there is the option of hymen repair surgery, but that would mean lying as you would be pretending that your hymen had not been ruptured. The other option is to speak to your mother and say that you have heard that girls can rupture the hymen through sports and gymnastics, and you are worried that your activities might have affected yours, and that you do so want to save yourself for marriage. Then ask her what she would suggest you do.
