I am 14 years old and my sister says I have a saggy butt. I am a bit overweight, but I am quite muscular, except the butt. I hate exercising and getting sweaty. So, I am asking you for some type of hidden exercise - where I wouldn't actually know I am exericisng, but would be working out on my butt. What can I do? I really don’t want to have a butt like this. Please help!

Saggy butt with 14 is not a good news, so obviously genetics is not on your side. Does your sister have a saggy butt too, or is she just teasing you?
Maybe you should re-think that part about hating workout, because without exercise I don’t think you will be able to lose weight and most of all lift that saggy butt. Not all exercises are dull, you know… There are specific exercises that target butt area, but yes, I am talking about exercises. I am sorry, but I don’t know a magic pill that would lift your butt, perhaps a plastic surgeon, but I truly doubt anyone will take you (because of you age) into consideration. Since you wrote you are a bit overweight, maybe for starters you should start walking and then eventually some jogging – take a friend with you – it won’t really feel like exercising, and it will absolutely benefit your weight control. If you will be doing some uphill walking, I am sure your glutes (butt) will look better too. You are young and there is enough time to get used to at least some types of exercising – Ia m sure you will find something that you like, maybe dancing, tennis, etc… ? I used to be slightly overweight in high school – around 10 pounds, and I also used to hate jogging, but I think this was because it was too heavy form of exercise for me. Now I love it. Include better nutrition in your daily routine too! Small steps, one step at a time, and you will there.
