I'm currently training for a half ironman triathlon that I'm planning on racing in in August, I'm an avid cyclist and does 50-60 mile races every weekend and trains heavily during the week, I'm slowly but surely learning how to swim efficiently, but I'm still at a loss when it comes to running. I can only run for about 15-20 minutes and then I'm done, my legs can handle it but my heart can't, it gets up to about 191 for a HR which is pretty close to my Max HR and I can't seem to get it down, it just tires me out too quickly. When on the bike I can play with my heart rate without a problem but as long as I'm running it's very high. What do I have to do to get myself further? By the way, due to time constraints and my cycling training I do most of my running on my treadmill at about a 3-5% grade, about 6-7mph.

You definitely should work on building more endurance. Since a major aspect of speedwork is improving leg speed, and you said your legs are fine, you don't need to worry about it right now.

The fact that you can only run for 15-20 minutes is the most telling part. First of all, put your incline down to 1-2%. It's natural that running at a steeper grade would cause you to work harder and tire out more quickly. Do your running by time for the next couple of weeks - start at 20 minutes, and move up by 2 minutes everyday. Once you are able to run for 40 minutes straight, then you can start going by distance. RUn at a moderate pace - not like a jog, but not hard or fast either, and slow enough to keep your heartrate down
