I have a ton(probably around 100 to 200) all over the of these tiny bumps all over the head of my penis. Theyre the same color of my normal skin and don't itch and arent painful. There is so many that I cant even seen the majority of natural skin on my penal head. I have had them for a few years and have never had a sexual relationship with anyone. Ive looked online but I cant find anything that fits the description of what I have. Does anyone know?

Look up "fordyce spots." Less likely it would be "pearly penile papules."
Both are NORMAL and not an STD. They are NOT contagious.
