You're going through puberty from what you are describing. You're around that age when children start to go through this change. I can't give you an estimate on how long its gonna take for your penis to enlarge to its full growth. It all depends on the body. Some people progress faster than others and some progress slower. I'll grow just relax and focus on other things. Before you know it youll have a deep voice broad shoulders and hair all over your body probably looking like the old spice commercial man. Haha

Your penis is not small for being 14 almost 3inches soft and almost 5 inches erect is just fine and well within what is considered average for your age and you are probably larger than many of your friends and classmates there may be some guys with bigger penises but there are also many guys much smaller than you are.
You still have many years of growth and development ahead of you and it will definitely get bigger but as it is now your size is fine and you are developing just as you should be there is nothing to be concerned about.
Everyone grows and develops at different rates and times and it is hard to predict when it will happen and what the end result will be but the changes you are hoping will happen soon enough.
