hello and thanks for reading.
i am considering completely stopping masturbating and ejaculating for 3 months straight. i am a bit concerned though. do you think there is any physical or sexual risk associated with this. i mean, is there any risk that i could damage my sexual health by doing this? what could happen? will my sexual health be ok after this period of celibacy?
i dont know what could happen. it is uncharted territory for me and i want to me sure i am safe before i start down the road.
please advise.
thank you very much.

You're body will naturally "release" on a regular basis even when you stop masturbating. This will normally happen in your sleep. I'm not a doctor, but I was celibate for a year and a half. During this time my body did release naturally, but always while I was sleeping. I did not notice any side effects as a result of my celibacy.

Something to keep in mind: Regular sex or masturbation in men - especially in middle age - is helpful to decrease the risk of prostate cancer.
I'm not sure why you would want to stop doing something that has been shown to be healthy.
