Hi hon! I can help you, with a little more information OK?
1. When was your last period?
2. Are your periods usually regular, and how long is your cycle usually?
3. Have you had unprotected sex lately?
4. When is your next period due?
5. Does your urine smell?

OK! This sounds like you are ovulating! Depending on which ovary releases the egg that month, the pain can be mild or intense! A girlfriend of mines doctor calls it "Dropping an egg!!!!!" o.O It sounds a bit weird, but that is basically what is happening, you can have ovulation with ZERO symptoms, or other times you can sense the exact day and time from the pain and discharge!
NOW if the pain lasts more than several days and you notice a darkening of your urine, or the smell of your urine smells like an infection! so I would like you to take a urine test, to rule out a bladder infection! I'm pretty sure you have pains from ovulation, how do you feel now!?

thanks for that :-)
but i always seem to have discharge which is pretty annoying.
not just abit like most people, but lets just say everytime i go to the toilet, it's there!
so is that just my problem or do you think it has something to do with the ovulating?

but can i just ask another thing
i seem to have quite heavy discharge, every time i go to the toilet, it's there. most people only get it very mildly, i've been told different people get it differently, but i become self concious %-)
do you have any advice on it?

Hi hon! Ask away, that's what we are here for!! XD When you say "discharge" what is it like? Is it white, creamy/beige, or yellow? Does it smell at all or is it just there? Also is it EVERYTIME you go to the washroom or just at different times of your cycle?
Well it's near enough EVERYTIME I go to the toilet. And I would say it's a creamy/beige going onto a pale yellow.?
That sounds like vaginitis, or a UTI! So I would like you to make an appointment with you family doctor, 1st ask for a urine test - to rule that in or out! Then ask for a vaginal swab - this will tell if you have vaginitis/yeast infection - which I think this is! If the discharge was white, that is usually a sign of ovulation, some women even describe it as like a white rubber band! Also to start this right now, would really help you, either take Acidopholus in yogurt or in pill form, because I am pretty sure your doctor will put you on antibiotics and Probiotics or Acidopholus will help in fighting the infection and stopping a yeast infection from coming on BECAUSE of the antibiotics! Most women describe feeling like a new person, when they start taking probiotics, because we have more yeast/candida in our bodies then men! So good luck and health honey, and please let me know how you make out OK?
Did Bambi's advice help you out? I think that what she posted sounded like pretty reasonable advice--and a reasonable prognosis to boot. Can you tell me if it helped?
