I am on antibiotics, is it ok to take Kalms along with them.

Since Kalms tablets are a herbal remedy with valerian as main ingredient, they shouldn't interfere with antibiotics in any way. They can interact with various anti-depressants and sedatives, since they contain similar way of action, but this doesn't interfere with antibiotics in any way.

Is it safe and ok for me to continue eating pro and prebiotic yogurts while I am taking antibiotics or will they alter the way the antibiotics work?
