I am 14, 5' 6 1/2'' and I weigh about 175 lbs and I am pretty active. I weight lift, play volleyball and basketball. Is this a normal weight?
That sounds about normal to me. Going on the fact that you are very active and lift weights, I am guessing that it is just your muscles building up.
I think this not a normal weight for you if you want to play volleyball and basketball.
