I am sick to my stomach all the time

for how long have you been experiencing these symptoms? If it's only been few days or about a week, chances are your symptoms are caused by stomach flu virus and it will take few more days for your body to fight the virus off.

If you've been experiencing pain, weakness and nausea for longer than few days, then you most likely will need to see a doctor and have some tests done to determine what is causing your problems.
