before anyone can help you, you'll need to share bit more information than just it's because of your past. Were your previous relationships bad to the point they were violent, cheating or abuse were involved... What was that happened to cause you to have a relationship phobia?
For that matter, phobia might be maybe too strong word for what you're experiencing. Everyone has gone through the rough phase where after some disappointment you think you won't ever be in a happy relationship again - but that just can be a phase. Also, the guys you are turning down now. Maybe that is the right thing for you to do at the moment - to take some time and decide for yourself what do you exactly want.
