The best sport for you is simply just what you like.
It could be anything from swimming to golf try a few things and see what you enjoy doing.
Any sport that you enjoy and have fun doing is good for you.

I think you need to get proper diet and nutrition according to your workout progam when you follow it regularly then  I hope you will get your desire fitness...
