Hi, how can tall people find out what are the best exercises for their work out. Is it stretching? Or should they perform also other exercises?

Hello,

Every person is different so it depends what you want to accomplish when you are exercising. In every way exercising is great, especially if you are tall. In your later age you could experience some back issues like most of the tall people but if your back muscles are strong enough it is possible that you could avoid these issues.

Also the stronger your body is, the less issues you will experience as you get older. My wife is tall almost as I am and last year she had serious back problem. Since then she started with swimming and now she doesn’t feel that big pain because her back are stronger. Also consult your personal trainer about best exercises.
