Fingers are alot rougher than a penis...he probably scratched you and didn't realize it...be careful not to go so hard, and make sure his nails are clean and cup nicely...I don't think anything is wrong, probably a scratch like i said...cause if it doesn't happen when you have sex, then that's your answer...
