if it hurts and makes you bleed it is probably not a good idea and possibly unsafe. Masturbation is supposed to be pleasurable not painful. Also, be really careful about what you use anally. If it gets stuck up there that will be an embarrassing trip to the emergency room. Really it should only be fingers, a penis or sex toys designed for anal insertion. The rectum is very long so things can get pulled in and get stuck. Anything you insert in your anus should either be attached to someone's body or have a very wide base that stops it from going in all the way, like a butt plug. Although at 15 you can't just go and buy a butt plug and I'm not suggesting that you do, only that the shape needs to be safe, and a cucumber in your butt isn't safe.  This is much less likely to happen vaginally. And pens don't sound like a good idea anywhere. Too narrow and pointy and potentially dangerous.

And also, never ever put anything in your vagina if it has been in your butt, unless you clean it really well or cover it with a condom that you remove before putting it in your vagina. You could end up with really nasty infections that you probably don't want to explain to your mum or your doctor

I'm not great on tips, I tend to stick to using my hands, exploring in different ways. Everyone is different and it is great to explore your body and find out what you like.
