Im 12 and i can only see the tip of the head of my penis when i pull it back. Any advice? and oh. i dont want to tell my mother or get surgery..

You are NORMAL.
This is common under about age 16. As you get older and start to have more erections the skin will stretch, then you'll be able to see the entire head.
