I concern with having my tubs tied a year in three months

hi , I'm Anita and I concern with having my tubs tied a year in three months.. it all started with August I had a period at the beginning of the month then right around the 27th of August I had another one which was weird and crazy because I was in so much pain it was really heavy but it past about the first week of September by the 11th I was done bleeding. now September here it is the end of the month no period but off in on cramps and light pink spots of blood win I wipe from using the rest room .. its off and on with the spotting IV been sleeping for the last 3 days and my eating has picked up back pains not to bad I'm feeling really bloated. Im just really uncomfortable. can anyone help?
