When I Master bait and clear sticky stuff comes out I don't know if I'm hitting pueberty yet but I have I little bit of hair on my testicals but my voice or any thing haven't got deeper and I haven't got any hair any where em I hitting pueberty yet

It sounds as though yes, you are hitting puberty and it is just starting.
Not everything happens at once. Give it time. You have some pubic hair - that is a sign of puberty.
How old are you? I expect you're a young teenager.
Don't worry, you are NORMAL.

If you do a search for the Tanner puberty scale and do the quiz it gives you a good idea of where you’re at in puberty.
