I'm fourteen. I found a whitehead on my nipple and it didn't go away for a few weeks. I tried several times to pop it and it finally popped. But now i am worried that maybe i shouldn't have popped it. Was this the right thing to do or should i have left it?

Popping up pimples is never a good idea, more so on the breast area. Breasts are soft tissue area and infections spread very fast. Unhygienic conditions can cause infection and inflammation. Suggest you visit a doctor who can examine you.
