About two days later it had grown, and I was further worried. I did -not- go to the doctor (I was too nervous, as my parents are very nosy, and my mother is a nurse), and while examining it, the skin above it opened, and viscous puss (similar to a pimple) came out. Later that day I rechecked it several times, each time squeezing it and puss coming out. At the end of the day, it squeezed out a solid mass of puss the size of a rounded pin needle head.
What is this?

It very well could have been a pimple. They do happen frequently down there. I don't think its any STD if that's what you're thinking.
