I found several lumps in my testicle. What could they be?

Cancer is very unlikely at your age. What style of underwear do you wear (tighty-whiteys, boxer briefs, old fashioned loose boxers)? Reason being at your age, you need underwear that supports your testicles to avoid soreness and swelling (which may seem to be a lump) as well as vericose veins developing in the skin of your sack. And are you in sports (which can aggravate unsupported testicles further)? One other question: how often do you ejaculate? A build up of sperm can cause swollen testicles that may present or accentuate your “lump.” Regardless of your answers, at your next physical, ask your doctor to feel the lump or lumps, just to be certain.
